1. About Harmonious Massage Therapy

These terms and conditions apply to all massage therapy services provided by Claire Wright at Harmonious Massage Therapy, operating from a home salon in the UK.

By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms and conditions in full.

2. Booking and Appointments

Bookings are automatically confirmed through my booking system. However, i reserve the right to decline any booking that doesn't fit my policy or availability.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time to avoid delays for other clients.

A consultation form must be completed before certain treatments. This will be sent to you prior to your appointment.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled time.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a charge.

No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full treatment price and may affect future bookings.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the end of your appointment.

I accept cash and bank transfer only.

Prices are clearly displayed and include all applicable charges.

5. Professional Boundaries and Conduct

Harmonious Massage Therapy maintains strict professional boundaries. Any inappropriate behaviour, including sexual advances towards the therapist, will result in immediate termination of the treatment.

Clients displaying inappropriate behaviour will be asked to leave immediately, with no refund provided.

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these boundaries.

6. Refunds and Complaints

I do not offer refunds for completed services.

If you have any concerns about your treatment, please discuss them with me immediately so I can address them.

I aim to provide the highest quality service and will work to resolve any legitimate concerns.

7. Health and Safety

Please inform me of any medical conditions, allergies, or concerns that may affect your treatment.

Some treatments may require a patch test or consultation before proceeding.

I maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in accordance with industry standards.

8. Data Protection

I handle all client data in compliance with GDPR regulations.

Your personal information is stored securely and used only for the purposes of providing our services.

I will never share your information with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

9. Liability

While i take every care to ensure your safety and comfort, clients attend treatments at their own risk.

I maintain appropriate insurance but cannot be held liable for any adverse reactions to treatments when proper consultation procedures have been followed.
